We used your company back in October of 2008 to remodel our kitchen and install travertine in the kitchen , bathroom, entryway and stairs. As the contractor, your bid far surpassed all other bids we received. Not only did you give us a beautiful home for the money, you never pushed us to do anything other than what we were looking for and always making us feel as though we were your only clients, giving us that personal touch. Your crew was polite, trustworthy and efficient. The work was completed as promised, never leaving in the middle of the job to work on other projects. The job was completed in 3 weeks as promised and the quality of the work was suburb.
We recently decided to replace the carpet in our home with additional travertine and hardwood floors. I had gotten a few other bids for wood floors. The previous bids I received did not come close to what you could do for us. For $100.00 less that we were quoted for two rooms of laminate floors, we received two beautiful rooms of Hardwood, travertine in our upstairs Hallway to match the stairway, guest bathroom and the master bathroom which was also retiled, this in 4 days as promised. Our home now has the most beautiful Hardwood floors (not laminate) that far exceed our expectations.

We had estimates from different flooring companies, and none were as meticulous, professional and friendly!
The installers were just as friendly and professional. The three hard working men were extremely careful and courteous when handling our belongings/furniture. They moved/disassemble/reassembled all of the furniture, and they even remembered exactly where everything went (even the clothing in my closet!) We are so glad to have chosen Elegant Improvement -- we would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for my new floors! And I love my 4" baseboard, too!!!"
